    Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers of raymond pulverizer oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

Ball mill operate routine

1. Before the ball mills start, check whether erery part of ball mills normal, whether the connecting bolts loose, whether the lubrication of lubrication points is normal, whether the driving device is reliable, whether protective equipment is intact, whether connection of motor carbon is fine.
2. Check whether there is barrier surrounding the ball mills. Forbit persons standing near ball mills when it is starting.
3. Press start button to start the motor and notice the change of electric current. The ball mills' continuous starting don't surpass two times and the first starting and the second starting should separate for more than 5 minutes.If it must be thirdly started, it should be check by electrician and fitter before it is started.
4. The ball mill don't start with other equipment at the same time avoiding the high current.
5. Feed water, feed ore and add steel ball to the ball mill must follow the operate routine. Overload and preoperation are both bad for the ball mill.
6. When the ball mill is running, it should be checked whether the barrel body leak, whether the feeding water or ore is normal, whether the electric current and voltage is normal.If there is some proble, it should be handled quickly.
7. When the ball mill is running, it should be checked whether the bearing or the oil ring is lubricated and whether the temperature of bearing is normal.

VSI crusher working principle

VSI Crusher Working pinciple is as follows:

the materials enter the crusher through feeder hopper, is divided into two parts. one part go through the middle of classifier entering into the rotating impeller at high speed, then accelerated, whose speed can reach hundreds of acceleration. Under great centrifugal force,it is shot through the tunnels around the impeller by the speed of 60-75 meter/second. First the materials will impact with some materials fallen around classifier, then impact on the whirlpool cavity's scaleboard together, then will be rebounded and impact on the top of the whirlpool cavity, then changs its direction and goes down, forms continual material layers with the materials shot from the impeller.

    3) Check the oil mass and temperature in the lubricate system and make sure oil temperature below 60℃.
    4) Make sure the water-proof system has enough water.

    6) The adjusting ring can only work when lock tightly.
    7) Pay attention to wear pattern of plate and fasting situation of each part and change the parts in time.
    8) Examine the size of the final product of and keep them desirable.

    4. Stop hydraulic cone crusher as required. When room temperature below 0℃, discharge water in the machine.

  • Operation and maintenance of jaw crusher

    1. The jaw crusher should be greased and oiled regularly; this should be done prior to each use. To do this, simply turn all grease caps one full turn (clockwise) and put a few squirts of oil in both of the oil cups. If grease caps are tight, add more grease (see MAINTENENCE below).
    2. Check jaws for cleanliness and clean them if needed.
      3. Adjustment of jaw spacing: Turn the circuit breaker (located in the breaker box) to the "ON" position. While the crusher is empty, start the machine and allow it to come up to full speed. The machine must be adjusted while running. Loosen the square-head bolt (left). This will allow the hand knob (or right) to turn. Slowly turn the hand-knob clockwise until the jaws of the crusher can be heard just touching each other, and then back off the hand knob (turn counter-clockwise) just slightly. Slowly begin to re-tighten the square-head locking bolt. As this is done, the clearance of the jaws will decrease and may become too close. If this happens back the hand knob off slightly. Repeat this process until the bolt can be tightened completely without significant tapping of the jaws. It may take some practice to do this properly. This procedure will set the machine to grind as fine as possible (approximately 3 to 5 mm particle size) without damage to the jaws. If larger particles are acceptable, jaw clearance may be set to more than the minimum distance.
    4. Once the jaws have been set, place a clean sample collection tray under the machine to collect the crushed sample. If concerned about contamination of sample material by skin oils and/or perspiration, wear clean, powder free latex (or equivalent) gloves while handling the samples. When sample volumes permit, it is recommended that the machine be "pre-contaminated". This is done by processing a small amount of the sample to be crushed (thus coating the inner workings of the machine) and discarding the resultant product. This reduces the amount of sample contamination from the machine.
    The lower opening of the hopper is 2 3/8" x 4". This limits the size of material that may be crushed. If a sample is to big to fit easily through the opening, then it is too big for the machine to process and must be reduced by other means to an acceptable size. Once a sample passes through the lower hopper opening, it will be quickly crushed and the product will be forced out through the bottom of the machine into the sample collection tray.
    Overheating: If for some reason the machine jams or stops running in the middle of processing, turn the circuit breaker for the machine "OFF" before doing any inspection. Once the circuit breaker is off, the thermal relay and motor relay will need to be reset. Press the red stop button for the machine and reset the relay for the motor (it is located on the motor). Wait a few minutes for the motor to cool. Before turning the breaker switch "ON" and restarting the machine, make sure the cause of the stoppage has been alleviated. NEVER work on the machine while the breaker switch is in the "ON" position.
    5. When the crushing process is complete, remove the sample collection tray and transfer its contents to a clean container.
    6. Prior to next use, clean the crusher and collection tray(s) as described previously. When done for the day, make sure the lab is cleaner than it was when you started, that the breaker to the crusher is turned off, lights are out, and door closed and locked.
